I’m drawn to connection, the real kind. The in-between moments, the tension, the way something feels more than how it looks.


My work blends photojournalistic honesty with an editorial, cinematic edge that's inspired by film, movement, storytelling, and people who don’t follow the usual path.

hey, i'm steph

 

 

I live in Northern Ontario, where the air is cold, the forests are endless, and the light can hit like a movie still. I'm a bit coffee obsessed, always adding to my collection of vintage film camera's and I will absolutely hike somewhere questionable for good light.  When I’m not shooting, I’m usually hanging with my people, listening to music, writing, getting lost in documentaries, snuggling my dogs, eating snacks, and riding on the back of my husband’s motorcycle.
